Greetings from Friends of Carthay Center Friends of Carthay Center (FCC) is a grass roots effort to renew our communityís support of our neighborhood school, Carthay Center Elementary, located on Olympic at Crescent Heights in Los Angeles. Our group is made up of hundreds of parents and community members who have come together to support the historic jewel found in our local school and simultaneously embrace the diverse and wondrous neighborhood in which we live. Friends of Carthay Center is a non-profit organization and operates as the community outreach and as a major fundraising entity for the school. All donations to FCC are tax deductible and benefit and augment the exciting programs and learning opportunities at Carthay Center.
